At Care Nexus, we are proud of our 12 years of dedicated service in the home care sector, demonstrating our commitment to quality and excellence, since 2012. We have consistently achieved a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Providing compassionate, professional care in the comfort of our client's homes, we specialise in complex nursing care. Our tailored home care services reach across East, South East and West London.
Our success is built on the foundation of a skilled and experienced team, whose combined expertise in care spans over 60 years. Bringing firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and staff, our management team comprises individuals who have worked their way up through the ranks.
Demonstrating our experience, we hold strong and longstanding relationships with local councils including Waltham Forest Council and Redbridge Council. Our commitment to quality assurance is reflected in the positive feedback we consistently receive following audits conducted in line with CQC standards. In our most recent audit, we achieved an exceptional score of 96%, demonstrating our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and overall service quality.
Employee surveys, distributed via email with the option to respond anonymously, revealed that 90% of employees rated us as a good employer. Similarly, client surveys, sent by post and allowing for anonymous responses, showed that 85% of clients rated our services as good, with 40% of respondents rating them as outstanding.
